• Wizard's Choice automatic staging with AI-recommended designs
• High-resolution image generation up to 4K resolution (paid plans)
• Watermark-free downloads for paid subscribers
• Commercial usage rights for downloaded content

Qualified users may apply to participate in our Partner Program, which allows partners to earn commissions by referring new customers to Staging Wizard. Partner Program participation is subject to separate terms and approval.

3. Credit System and Payment Terms

• Non-refundable: All credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Subscription Credits: Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle; unused credits do not roll over
• Purchased Credits: Add-on credits purchased separately never expire
• Subscription Plans: Monthly plans include credit allowances that reset each billing cycle
• One-time Purchases: Credit reload packs are available for subscribers who need additional credits
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period

3.3 Promotional Pricing

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing or discounts. Promotional rates are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. When promotional periods end, your subscription will renew at the then-current standard rate unless you cancel prior to renewal.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Your Content and Photo Rights

You retain ownership of the original images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing our staging and video generation services. You acknowledge that our commercial license for generated content is contingent upon your lawful ownership or authorization to use the original uploaded images.

5.3 Magic Motion Videos

Videos generated through our Magic Motion service are derivative works based on your staged images. The same licensing terms that apply to generated images also apply to Magic Motion videos and any combined/merged video content created using our platform. You may use these videos for promotional purposes, social media content, property marketing, and any other lawful purpose.

5.4 Staging Wizard Intellectual Property

The Staging Wizard name, logo, brand elements, software, algorithms, user interface designs, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Staging Wizard LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform, technology, or branding without our express written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. The following uses are prohibited:

• Uploading images you do not have the right to use or modify
• Creating misleading or fraudulent real estate listings
• Attempting to circumvent watermarks on free tier downloads
• Using automated tools to access our service without authorization
• Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing multiple users on a single account
• Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
• Uploading content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

7. Partner Program Terms

Participation in the Staging Wizard Partner Program is subject to application and approval. Partners who are accepted into the program agree to:

• Promote Staging Wizard honestly and accurately
• Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing practices
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding affiliate marketing and disclosure requirements
• Maintain accurate payment information for commission payouts

We reserve the right to modify commission structures, reject partner applications, or terminate partner relationships at our discretion. Commission payments are subject to minimum payout thresholds and verification requirements as outlined in the Partner Dashboard.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated staging may not perfectly represent actual furniture dimensions, colors, or placement
• Magic Motion videos are artistic interpretations and may contain visual artifacts
• Results may vary based on image quality, lighting, and room characteristics
• Virtual staging should be disclosed as such in real estate listings where required by law
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our AI services

9. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staging Wizard LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of generated content

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email or through our platform. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
