1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Service Description

Staging Wizard provides AI-assisted image staging and editing, video creation, music generation, and media organization. Features and access depend on your account, available credits, and the option selected.

2.1 Images and Editing

• Wizard's Choice automatic staging and Vision Builder customization.
• Reference-image guidance and changes requested with written instructions.
• Magic Wand selections for removing or changing specific items.
• Downloads and image upscaling where included with your access level.

2.2 Video, Reels, and Music

Magic Motion creates video clips from photos. Wizard Reels combines media with transitions, text, branding, and audio. Music features include supported audio uploads and AI-generated tracks. Generation and export costs are shown in the relevant workflow; a new generation or revision may use additional credits.

2.3 Accounts and Academy Workspaces

Accounts include credit tracking, generation history, and media organization. Academy workspaces provide team membership, shared credits, and shared media access. Each team member uses their own account; joining a team does not authorize sharing login credentials.

2.4 Partner Program

Qualified users may apply for the Partner Program. Participation and commissions are subject to approval and the applicable program terms.

2.5 Saving Your Photos

Photo storage and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy. For accounts without an active subscription, photos older than 30 days may be deleted. Download and keep your own copies. Prepaid credits not expiring does not mean photos are stored permanently.

3. Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions

3.1 How Credits Work

Credits pay for supported generation, editing, and export operations. Check the displayed cost before starting. Image staging normally uses one credit per generation and Magic Motion uses five credits per clip, except when an included free allowance applies. Additional edits and generations can use additional credits. AI music charges depend on the selected duration. Wizard Reels access and export charges depend on your plan.

Free accounts receive 10 one-time credits and one complimentary Magic Motion clip. Free downloads include watermarks. Eligible paid accounts, including prepaid-credit customers, receive watermark-free downloads. Buying prepaid credits does not create a subscription.

3.2 Prepaid Credits

Prepaid credit packs are available without a monthly plan. They are one-time purchases, do not renew automatically, and the credits do not expire. Prices and pack sizes are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.

3.3 Monthly and Yearly Plans

Apprentice, Wizard, and Sorcerer plans provide monthly credit allowances. Academy provides a shared team allowance. Monthly plans are billed monthly; yearly plans are billed for the year, with credit allowances refreshed monthly. Subscription credits do not roll over. Prepaid balances remain separate from subscription allowances.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or yearly interval unless cancelled. The checkout identifies the plan, billing interval, price, and any applicable taxes. A displayed monthly equivalent for a yearly plan is not a monthly payment option.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through account billing settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Check your billing screen for the effective date and remaining access. Cancelling a subscription does not convert unused subscription credits into prepaid credits.

3.4 Charges, Failed Generations, and Refund Requests

Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by us. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a generation fails or a charge appears incorrect, contact support@stagingwizard.com with the affected generation or transaction details. Supported failure paths can restore reserved credits; a credit restoration is different from a refund to your payment method.

3.5 Promotions

Promotions are subject to their stated eligibility, duration, and renewal terms. Review the checkout details before purchasing. Any changes to billing remain subject to applicable notice and consumer-protection requirements.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Your Content and Photo Rights

You retain your rights in the original content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the services you request, including sharing within a workspace when you use its shared features. This service license does not grant an additional right to train AI models on your uploads. Your use of generated content remains subject to your rights in the source material.

5.2 Generated Images and Videos

5.3 Video, Reels, and Audio

The image and video license above also applies to Magic Motion clips and the generated visual elements in Wizard Reels. It does not transfer rights in third-party music, logos, photographs, or other material you include. You must obtain the rights required for your intended use of those materials. AI music may be subject to the applicable provider terms; we do not guarantee exclusive rights, copyright protection, or clearance of every generated output.

5.4 Staging Wizard Intellectual Property

The Staging Wizard name, logo, brand elements, software, algorithms, user interface designs, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Staging Wizard LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform, technology, or branding without our express written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. The following uses are prohibited:

• Uploading images, videos, audio, or other material you do not have the right to use or modify
• Creating misleading or fraudulent real estate listings
• Attempting to circumvent watermarks on free tier downloads
• Using automated tools to access our service without authorization
• Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing multiple users on a single account
• Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
• Uploading content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, subject to applicable law and any refund rights that cannot be excluded.

7. Partner Program Terms

Participation in the Staging Wizard Partner Program is subject to application and approval. Partners who are accepted into the program agree to:

• Promote Staging Wizard honestly and accurately
• Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing practices
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding affiliate marketing and disclosure requirements
• Maintain accurate payment information for commission payouts

We reserve the right to modify commission structures, reject partner applications, or terminate partner relationships at our discretion. Commission payments are subject to minimum payout thresholds and verification requirements as outlined in the Partner Dashboard.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated staging may not perfectly represent actual furniture dimensions, colors, or placement
• Magic Motion videos are artistic interpretations and may contain visual artifacts
• Results may vary based on image quality, lighting, and room characteristics
• Review generated images, edits, videos, and music before publishing. Disclose virtual staging or AI edits where required by applicable law, your listing service, or the platform where you publish
• Magic Wand and other edits can change details beyond the selected area; check the complete result for accuracy
• Do not use staging or removal tools to conceal material property defects or create misleading listings
• We do not guarantee a particular result, sales outcome, unique output, or acceptance by an MLS or other publishing platform

9. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staging Wizard LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of generated content

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email or through our platform. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
