1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account, Billing, and Communications

• Account information: Your name, email address, profile details, sign-in information, and a record of your Terms acceptance, including the document version and timestamp. Firebase Authentication handles email/password and supported Google sign-in.
• Billing information: Stripe processes payment details. We use customer and transaction identifiers, plan status, and credit balances to manage purchases and access.
• Communications: Support messages, account emails, and team invitations.

1.2 Photos, Instructions, and Other Media

We process photos and reference images you upload; instructions, selections, and masks used for Magic Wand edits; generated images and video clips; and project information saved in your history, reference gallery, or Vault. Wizard Reels may also use uploaded videos, music, branding, captions, and other content you choose to include. AI music generation uses the instructions and duration you select.

1.3 Usage Information, Cookies, and Local Storage

Cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies support sign-in, preferences, and saved work. We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags for usage and conversion measurement. These services can receive device and browser information, identifiers, page activity, and events such as signups. Application logs record operational events and errors and may include account identifiers or generation instructions.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement stay off until you enable them through Privacy choices below. You can reject them or change your choice at any time. We keep advertising measurement off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. These choices do not affect essential account functions.

Your browser stores your privacy choice for up to 180 days. You can also manage cookies and site storage through your browser; restricting essential storage can affect sign-in and saved preferences. These controls do not prevent operational logging needed to run the service.

2. How We Use Information

• Generate and edit images, videos, and music in response to your requests.
• Save, display, organize, and download your projects and media.
• Manage accounts, subscriptions, prepaid credits, team memberships, and billing.
• Send account and support communications, investigate errors, and protect the service from abuse.
• Measure service usage and advertising conversions.

Sending content to an AI service to fulfill your request is different from using it to train a model. This policy does not grant us an additional right to use your uploads to train AI models. Processing by external AI services also depends on the provider and the applicable service terms.

3. Sharing and Access

3.1 Service Providers

• Google AI services: Process instructions and media for image, video, and music features, depending on the selected service.
• MiniMax: Processes source media and instructions when a MiniMax video model is used.
• Firebase and Google Cloud: Provide authentication, databases, file storage, and backend processing.
• Stripe: Processes payments, subscriptions, and billing operations.
• Vercel: Provides website hosting and delivery.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads: Support usage and conversion measurement.
• Email delivery services: Deliver account, invitation, and support messages.

3.2 Team Workspaces and Media Links

Academy workspace owners and authorized members can access shared workspace information and content according to their roles. Owners manage invitations and membership. Consider who has access before adding content to a shared workspace.

Media-link access: Some uploaded and generated media are served from file locations that permit public reading. A person with a media URL may be able to view or download that file without signing in. A private account screen does not make every underlying media link private. Avoid uploading confidential material or sharing media URLs you do not want others to access.

3.3 Legal and Security Purposes

We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, investigate fraud or abuse, protect rights and safety, or enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Security, Storage, and Deletion

4.1 Security

The service uses HTTPS connections, authentication, and access checks for account and administrative functions. Media-link access is described above. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

4.2 Storage and Retention

Photos: We retain each photo for at least 30 days from its upload or creation, unless you delete it, request deletion sooner, or removal is required by law. If you do not have an active subscription, photos older than 30 days may be deleted. Deletion is not automatic on day 30. Download and save any photos you want to keep.

Other media may be stored in your history, galleries, projects, and team workspaces. To request removal, use the available deletion controls or contact us.

Retention of other media and records depends on their use in your account or shared projects, deletion requests, and billing, security, or legal needs. Removing an item from the application does not automatically remove copies already downloaded or shared with others.

4.3 Deletion Requests

Use the available account and media deletion controls or follow the account deletion instructions. Account deletion does not necessarily remove every media asset, shared workspace item, provider record, or downloaded copy. Contact privacy@stagingwizard.com to request deletion of additional data or ask about a particular file. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve billing disputes.

5. Your Choices and Requests

You can update available profile details, download your media, use deletion controls, and contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Available legal rights depend on where you live and applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can ask to stop marketing communications. Account, security, and billing messages may still be necessary to operate your account.

6. Policy Updates and Contact

The date above identifies this revision. Changes to this page do not by themselves authorize new uses of information collected under earlier privacy commitments. Where applicable law requires notice or consent for a change, those requirements still apply.
