The AI then transforms your photo into a stunning Magic Motion Clip based on your directions.

New accounts include one complimentary Magic Motion clip with a watermark. Additional clips cost 5 credits each. You can use prepaid credits without a subscription, or your subscription credit allowance. Paid access includes watermark-free downloads; generating more clips still uses credits.

Yes! Each Magic Motion video is a Magic Motion Clip that can be combined with other clips to create longer property tours. Use our Wizard Reels feature to stitch together multiple Magic Motion Clips from different rooms into a comprehensive video walkthrough. This is perfect for creating complete property tours for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or your website. You can also share individual Magic Motion Clips on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video platforms.

Motion gives you another way to present a space: guide attention to a feature, set the mood, or create an opening scene for a property Reel. Use it alongside your photos to tell a richer story. Results depend on the property, audience, and marketing; we do not promise a particular increase in views or sales.

Yes. Choose a motion preset or describe the movement you want in everyday language, such as “a slow reveal of the living room” or “a gentle pan toward the window.” These instructions guide the AI; review the clip because the result may not match every detail exactly.

Video generation takes longer than a still image and can take several minutes, depending on the request and service demand. The app shows progress and notifies you when the clip is ready. Check your history for the finished result.

Download Magic Motion clips as MP4 files. Use individual clips or combine them in Wizard Reels for your property marketing. Check each destination’s current aspect-ratio, length, upload, and virtual-staging requirements before publishing.

Use a portrait source photo for vertical content, and select portrait output when the creation tool offers an aspect-ratio choice. Wizard Reels can also be arranged for vertical viewing. Check the finished file’s dimensions and framing before publishing; resolution varies with the generation settings.

Open Create Wizard Reel from your history, select the photos and clips you want to use, and arrange them in the builder. Add titles, property details, transitions, and music, then preview and render. Rendering costs 2 credits for free and prepaid accounts, or is included with an active paid subscription. New Magic Motion clips and custom AI music have separate credit costs.

An active paid subscription, including Academy access, includes unlimited Wizard Reel renders. Free and prepaid accounts use 2 credits per render. Existing media and preset music can be used in the Reel; generating new Magic Motion clips or custom AI music uses additional credits.

Yes. Choose a music preset in the Reel builder, or describe a mood for Custom AI Audio, such as relaxed acoustic, modern jazz, or an enchanted evening. Preview the track with your scenes before rendering. Custom AI Audio uses credits separately from the Reel render.

Music presets are included with Reel creation. Custom AI Audio costs 1 credit per started 30 seconds of generated audio, so a 45-second track costs 2 credits. Check the displayed cost before generating another track.

Wizard Reels allow you to add professional on-screen text to highlight key property details. Opening Titles create a polished hook, Feature Callouts highlight specific details (like "Quartz Countertops" or "Ocean Views") during the video, and Lower Thirds keep your agent branding and contact info visible throughout. You can choose from several designer styles including "Luxury Listing" and "Social Bold."

Project folders are the best way to keep your dashboard organized. You can create a folder for each property address or client, allowing you to group all related staged images, Magic Motion Clips, and Wizard Reels in one place. Simply select the "Project Folder" dropdown in your History tab to create a new folder or switch between existing ones.

Yes. You can save any image or video to a project folder from your main history. This makes it easy to organize your assets as you generate them, or group them together when you're ready to build a Wizard Reel for a specific listing.

Manage your subscription in your account’s billing settings. You can change your plan or cancel renewal; review the effective date and any charge shown before confirming a change. Cancellation normally keeps your paid access until the end of the paid period. You can also buy prepaid credits when you need more.

The Academy is our dedicated plan for real estate teams, offices, and brokerages. It includes unlimited team seats and a shared pool of 600 credits that reset monthly. It also features centralized team billing, a team dashboard to track usage, and a shared workspace for collaboration.

The Academy plan comes with unlimited team seats included at no extra charge. You can invite your entire office or brokerage to join your team workspace. If a team member leaves, they can be easily removed, or new members can be added at any time directly from the team dashboard.

All members of your Academy team workspace draw from a single, centralized credit pool (600 credits reset monthly and included in the base plan). Workspace owners can monitor each member's credit usage and history through the centralized Team Dashboard, making it easy to track individual contributions.

Workspace owners can invite people by email from team settings, revoke pending invitations, or remove members. Removing someone ends their access to that team workspace and its shared credits. Their remaining individual account access depends on their own account and plan.

Output dimensions depend on your source photo and generation settings. Review the downloaded file at the size you plan to use it. Eligible paid subscribers, including Academy members, can upscale to as much as 4K for 1 credit per image. Start with a sharp original for the best detail.

You can use your generated images for property listings, presentations, social media, and other marketing under our Terms of Service. You must have permission to use the original photos and any reference material you upload. Review the result and follow the destination’s rules for disclosing virtual staging.

Staging Wizard does not claim ownership of your uploaded photos. Your use of generated results is covered by our Terms of Service. Make sure you have the necessary rights to source and reference images; generating an edit does not grant rights to someone else’s material.

You can prepare images for a listing, but acceptance depends on your MLS and the platform where you publish. Check its virtual-staging disclosure and image requirements, and review the result for accuracy. Staging Wizard does not guarantee acceptance by every MLS.

Upscaling creates a larger version of an original or staged image, up to 4K, for 1 credit. It is available with an eligible paid subscription, including Academy access. Choose the image to upscale, then check the result at your intended display or print size; enhancement cannot guarantee recovery of missing original detail.

Use upscaling when your image needs more pixels for a larger display or print layout. Check the dimensions and sharpness your designer or printer needs before ordering. For everyday online viewing, the original generated image may already be enough.
