For optimal results, use clear, well-lit photos of empty or sparsely furnished rooms taken from a straight-on angle. Ensure good lighting and avoid shadows. Higher quality original photos will produce the best results, though our AI can improve lower quality images during the staging process. Our AI works best with empty rooms or rooms with minimal furniture.

You can upload images in JPG, PNG, and WEBP formats. Higher resolution images will produce better results, though our AI can improve lower quality images during the staging process. Keep file sizes under 10MB for faster processing.

Staging Wizard can stage a room in just seconds, compared to 2-3 weeks for traditional staging. Our Virtual Staging Wizard analyzes your photo and creates a professionally staged interior almost instantly, or you can describe exactly what you want and our AI will create it. This saves you time and money while delivering magazine-quality results.

Pricing & Credits

Credits are used for image generation and revisions: 1 credit = 1 generation or revision. Each time you generate a new staged image OR make a revision to an existing image, it costs 1 credit. Downloads are completely free and unlimited for all users.

Free Trial: New users receive 10 free credits to try our technology.

Pro Tip: Since revisions cost 1 credit each, try to be as detailed as possible in your initial prompt to get the best result on the first try. Use specific descriptions like "modern minimalist living room with gray sectional sofa" rather than just "stage this room."

Credit Types: Subscription credits reset monthly, while purchased add-on credits never expire and are used after subscription credits.

Commercial Use & Rights

3. Credit System and Payment Terms

Credits are used for generating staged images. Downloads are free and unlimited for all users.

  • • Downloads: All downloads are free and unlimited
  • • Free Plan: 10 free credits (one-time, no renewal) with watermarked downloads
  • • Paid Plans: More credits for generations, unlimited free downloads

3.2 Payment and Billing

  • Non-refundable: All credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Subscription Credits: Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and use any images on our platform.

You retain ownership of the original images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing our staging services. You acknowledge that our commercial license for generated images is contingent upon your lawful ownership or authorization to use the original uploaded images.

5.2 Generated Images

Commercial License

Upon downloading an image, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the generated image for any commercial or personal purpose, including but not limited to real estate listings, marketing materials, and client presentations. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms, including your representation that you have all necessary rights to the original uploaded image.
